The 11th amendment prevents individuals from suing a state in federal court, exemplified by cases where citizens must bring lawsuits against their own state courts instead. An example would be the case of Chisholm v. Georgia in the year 1793. 




I chose this video because it starts off with no intro and gets straight into the amendment then continues into why it was created. 



This video was chosen because it has funny animation which can keep a group of kids occupied while giving information about the amendment.
