The 15th amendment prohibits federal and state governments from denying a citizen the right to vote based on "race, color, or previous condition of servitude."
I chose this video because the narrator explains a brief presentation of the amendment and what it does and how it works and most importantly on who it effects.
This video gives a background on what the amendment does and how the thing happened. How it started in the beginning, an example is how they cared about segregation.
