The Fifth Amendment was created December 15, 1791. This amendment protects U.S citizens to self-incrimination, and many more things but I feel it is important to have the first thing I stated because it makes sure the individual does not testify against themselves. You may also know this as "I plead the fifth." Meaning you do not have to say anything you do not want to until you have a lawyer.  

I chose this video because I feel the speaker got straight into the amendment and gave good examples and elaborates pretty well on the amendment.

The speaker breaks each word down and makes jokes along the video and I feel it is important to break it down because some people do not know what each word of the amendment means.
