The Fourth Amendment was introduced the year 1789, June 8th but the amendment was not officially apart of the bill of rights until December 1791. This amendment was mainly created to protect citizens privacy; in their own home or papers they may own.  

I picked this video because the video is in a presentation format to give the audience a better understanding of the fourth amendment and gives good examples for each word in the amendment.  

The speaker makes jokes but gives a good understanding of the fourth amendment and how it works, then he also elaborates on each vocabulary.
