The Preamble

 

 

   The Preamble was created in the year 1787, it specifically states the constitution is written by "We the people." Not just the states but everyone, to form a more perfect union. It addresses the failures of the articles of confederation and create a stronger, and united nation. 

    I chose this video because it seems to showcase an example of an actual court case and how the government was before the preamble was created. It also shows examples of the process it took and the problems the government had to face before it was approved. 

    I chose this video because it explains in depth about the constitution in a respectful manner. It says each state has its own rules, which is important to know. It also gives information in a power point format.
