The third amendment was created in the year 1791 of December, it was created to give U.S citizens the right to house no solider without permission. Which I feel is important because there were some cases where some soldiers abused their power.   

I picked this one because I thought it was funny while also getting the point across to the audience. It gives good examples about amendments and explains each part. 

I picked this video because the speaker got straight into the amendment and briefly gives good examples on how and why the amendment came to be and added to the bill of rights.
